We had a SAH grant from the Veterans Administration. Sam was willing to work with us and the VA from the very first phone call. He took a drawing on a piece of paper and turned it into a great, handicapped accessible farmhouse. He followed all of the VA requirements and made great suggestions. The best part was that NACS got this done in three months, which was very much needed. Amazing. The house looks great, well constructed and energy efficient. I would recommend this company to all, especially Veterans who are looking for a contractor that they can trust. Many thanks to Sam and crew for our new house. We love it.
